Legio Imperio SCA Leather Body with Shoulders

Designed by our own Alex Agricola, the Legio SCA leather Body is a tough leather chest plate design based loosely on a Roman Lorica armour with a single plate complete with Imperial Eagle across the chest. The matching shoulders (pauldron) complete the armour for anyone looking for a simple yet striking leather armour.

the Legio Imperio SCA Leather Armour is professionally dyed and built for you by our craftsmen. The body and shoulders are formed from premium grade top grain Veg Tanned leather (laminated to a minimum 6mm thickness).

This armour is designed to be worn and used and is suitable for SCA, re-enactment or theatrical use, detailed enough to be used on screen and will stand up to close scrutiny and the sternest critique.

Size S is a size of 91-102cm (36-40 inches)
Size M is a size of 102-112cm (40-44 inches)
Size L is a chest ist size of 112-122cm (44-48 inches)

LARP Armours : All of our LARP Armours are a minimum of 3.2 to  mm - 1/8 to 9/64 Inch - 8 to 10 oz Thickness, this is perfect for LARP and Cosplay events where any "combat" that occurs is non lethal and typically involves rubber covered foam weapons with plastic, or fiberglass cores.SCA Armours : All of our SCA armours are laminated to a minimum 6.5 mm- 1/4 Inch - 16 oz Thickness, many also have a degree of water hardening, this combination of hardened laminated leather is ideally suited to SCA and HEMA combat
